California Stock Horses is our business name and we teach traditional California horsemanship and cattle working applied in a natural way.
Our livelihood is based on this business and we enjoy every minute we are blessed to work with horses.
We hope to consistently bring in outside clientele for boarding, training, lessons, clinics, weekly play days and events, Lord willing.
Basic principles:
-Horses are raised outside, and trained outside. This is the quickest way to achieve the all around stock horse.
-If we have horses from the public, we train the owners also.
Our business description is; a small, family oriented, Christ obedient and complete horse breeding and training operation.
- What we bring - A fresh energy and know-how, college and experience based, centered on the current horse industry. We are willing and excited to aid the folks in becoming a more advanced horsemen.

Although we do not know what tomorrow may bring, we believe the future of California Stock Horses and Corona Del Valle will be one of many people gaining knowledge and many exciting events and activities. Some of the things we have in mind are:
Hosting play days, discipline specific group lessons, and guided trail rides.
* Monthly the facility will be capable of holding multiple types of equestrian events including but not limited to roping, cow working, cutting, trail rides, camp outs, competitive trail courses, barrel racing, gymkhana, clinics, etc.
* The Corona Del Valle Riders Club With an annual membership due, quarterly news letter, discipline specific hands on meetings and competitions, and an annual or semi annual Riders Club Gathering it is an easy way to get community involvement. With diversity and a club atmosphere, we will build something new for equestrian communities.
* Corona del Valle horse centered getaways/retreats. Women, youth, and family outings, centered around horses and learning about them andthe west can provide fun filled summer weeks. Each group outing can be quaintly named to represent the activities it will encompass. For Example the “Cow Patties Women’s Outing” will focus on helping women become more in tune with cattle handling, roping, and anything horseback that pertains to cattle. Lodging and meals can be provided.
* Corona Del Valle Concession and Mercantile is another addition that could be in conjunction with the already established community kitchen located at Corona Del Valle. Keeping refreshments and snacks for small events and daily boarders will be a per. During big events this will come in handy to do in house meals, and refreshments. Also with today’s technology and easily accessible media for creating personalized clothing, hats, mugs, pens and other merchandise, including horse gear, creating a branded line of apparel and gifts will be attractive.
